Tome Scour and Brain Freeze are insane with Underworld Breach but this is another build around that pulls you more into storm than mill, I think
This might go a way to fixing one of the main problems I have with Lorcana at the moment: aside from a few rares in each set, most cards in most packs arent worth even the cost of the pack itself
