You need some recursive dorks to empower sacrifice mechanics but they are very rarely game winning by themselves
You can enchant one of your creatures on your turn, activate Estrids ability to untap all of your enchanted permanents to untap the creature with Colossification, and then attack with your mighty +20/+20
That of course means that it could be anything from 0.00001% of boosters up to 0.9% of booster packs containing the card, but either way its incredibly rare and very desirable
When a TCG runs for long enough, even cards that were balanced upon release might become broken thanks to how newer cards interact with them, ultimately leading to the original versions being removed from allowed tournament play
